This Custom Graduation Stole is perfect for the graduate to commemorate the loss of a loved one and have them there with them as they walk down the aisle.
Choose from Children's length, Adult Medium (60in), or Adult Large (72in).
NOTE: If you do not state the size as requested, we will default to Medium for Females and Large for Males.
The design comes with 1 logo, Graduate Name, Class Year, and 2 photos of the graduate and 1-2 photos for the memorial tribute.
Please Provide 3-4 photos(jpeg/jpg or png) for design purposes. Please try to provide the best quality photo you are able to submit.
Each additional photo or design element (Additional Logo, Quote, Scripture, Degree, etc.) is $5. Please choose accordingly from the drop-down menu.
Email photos to photos at maryslittledesign@gmail.com . You will receive an auto-response that verifies your email has been received. If it is not received, you will not receive an email. Please DO NOT email this email address with questions.

If your order is canceled within 48 hours of submitting your design, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a refund for the difference.
Once a mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits (One to change from the 1st mockup sent, and one additional change) * IF you want additional edits, you will be charged a fee of $10.
*Please note, the mockup process is for you to see your product and look over all information (graduate name, school name, logo, etc.). You are our second set of eyes.
Please ensure all information is correct. Products will print exactly as you see on the mockup. If you approve your product, and then receive it and notice an error, we will reprint it, BUT it will be at 50% of the original cost plus shipping.
*IF you choose to change photos from the original photos submitted, a change photo fee will be charged $5 for each photo swap.
All additional fees will need to be paid before shipping.
Once the mockup is sent, you have 12 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this period, your item may be sent to production, and at this time, you will be charged a $10 reprint fee.
We try to have all orders processed within 7 to 10 business days (Normal Processing Time)
However, due to the volume of orders, we ask for a Need-by date to ensure all orders are scheduled in the order in which they are needed and not necessarily in the order that they are ordered in.
From Design to Ship:
Normal Processing Time 7 to 10 business days
Expedited ($20) 5 to 7 business days
Rush ($50) 2 to 4 business days

Expedited processing can be purchased from the listing. Please send a screenshot of the expedited purchase so you can be added to the expedited schedule for production.
Rush processing has to be processed by our team. A payment link will be sent. Once you pay, send confirmation of payment, and we will add you to the rush schedule for production.
For Expedited Service (To have your order designed AND shipped before the normal processing time of 7 business days), please SELECT AND PAY for EXPEDITED PROCESSING.
EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Includes shipping via at least 2-day shipping via UPS. It does not push your order to the front of the worklist. If you want to ensure your order is processed and shipped sooner please contact us at customer service at maryslittledesign@gmail.com .to process your payment with a rush fee of $25 AND the expedited shipping (overnight) of calculated based on your address.
NOTE: Mangel Design tries its best to accommodate all requests within reason. Please be advised we may not be able to accommodate some changes based on the capabilities of the templates used to create your project.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USP. INSURANCE is available to add to any order if you so choose. We will try to make reasonable accommodation to reprint your item(s) at a discounted rate (up to 50% depending on the item), but we will not ship out a replacement until the replacement fee has been paid.
3D/All Over Shirt Disclaimer: *With dye sublimation orders, there will be some inconsistencies that occur from print to print. For example, white wrinkles can appear where the garment was not laying perfectly flat. These types of issues are most likely going to happen along seams, around collar, or around the arm pit area.
