Make gifting feel a little more personal! 💕 Mangel Design custom printed gift certificates are perfect for salons, beauty professionals, boutiques, service providers, and small businesses. Choose the size, paper finish, and quantity that suit your brand. Whether you want a small wallet-sized voucher or a statement gift certificate, we'll print your supplied artwork with care.

Gift Certificate Styles & Dimensions

• Standard — 3.5 × 2 inches: compact, business-card-sized flat certificate.
• Square — 2.5 × 2.5 inches: a modern, compact square certificate.
• Folded — 3.5 × 2 inches closed: four-panel certificate with outside and inside printing included. Choose Side Fold (opens like a book to 7 × 2 inches flat) or Top Fold (opens upward to 3.5 × 4 inches flat). Either direction is included at no extra charge.
• Long — 7 × 3.5 inches: an elegant flat certificate with extra room for recipient details, gift value, and a message.

For applicable rectangular flat styles, choose Horizontal (Landscape) or Vertical (Portrait) orientation at no additional charge. Square certificates don't require an orientation selection.

Paper Finish Choices

• Premium Matte — 100 lb heavyweight cardstock: smooth, non-glossy paper, recommended for gift certificates that need handwritten names, amounts, dates, or messages.
• Gloss — 200 GSM one-sided glossy photo paper: shiny printed front with an uncoated reverse, without added clear lamination. Intended for decorative designs with writable information on the reverse when compatible with your pen; writing and stamp results may vary.
• Holographic: glossy photo paper with an iridescent holographic sheet applied to the front side only, without added clear lamination. For folded certificates, the holographic overlay covers the front-cover panel rather than the fold line. Keep any handwritten fields on an uncoated surface.

Quantities, Printing & Finishing

Available quantities: 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500 certificates. Larger quantity tiers offer a lower price per certificate.

• Standard, Square & Long: choose Front Only or Front & Back printing at the same listed price. Double-sided printing is included at no additional charge. For Gloss and Holographic, only the front has the specialty finish; the back remains uncoated for writing where pen-compatible.
• Folded: outside and inside printing are already included in the base price; no separate double-sided charge.
• Corner style: choose standard square corners (included) or rounded corners (paid upgrade) for any of the four styles.
• Fold direction: Side Fold or Top Fold is included for Folded certificates, at no additional charge.

Writable gift certificate fields: Your artwork can include spaces for recipient name, sender, certificate amount or service, redemption details, and a personal message. Choose Premium Matte when handwriting is important. Gloss and holographic finishes are decorative on one side only; writing is best reserved for uncoated areas. We recommend testing your intended pen before use.

What to Send Us

Please provide your logo or print-ready artwork, business name, brand colors, the wording you want printed, any blank fields needed for handwriting, and relevant redemption instructions. For folded certificates, select how the card should open. If you want printed gift amounts or other information, include those details with your order.

Important: These are physical printed certificates for your business. The issuing business is responsible for setting up, tracking, and honoring any gift value, redemption terms, and applicable legal requirements. Purchasing printed certificates does not automatically create a funded or digitally redeemable Shopify gift card.

Custom orders: Please check the approved artwork and order details carefully. Personalized products are generally final sale once production begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise or items arrive defective or incorrect.

Custom Design Proofs & Digital PDF Files

If Mangel Design creates artwork for your order, we'll send a watermarked design proof for review and approval before printing. The watermark is for proofing only and will not appear on the printed products.

Design creation: New artwork or extensive design work may require a separate design-service charge unless expressly included in the selected product. We will clarify any design charge before proceeding.

Finished digital file not included: Purchasing printed products does not include an unwatermarked PDF of the custom design. To receive a finished PDF file for your records or future use, add the Digital PDF Add On ($55) to your cart and check out with your print order. This PDF file charge is separate from any applicable custom artwork-creation fee.

If you purchase the add-on, your approved final design will be supplied as a PDF. Editable source files are not included unless separately agreed.
