Add your brand, include a hidden reward, and let your customers scratch to reveal their surprise.

Choose Your Card Size

• Standard — 3.5 × 2 inches: a wallet-friendly business-card size that's easy to hand out or tuck into an order.
• Square — 4 × 4 inches: a larger card with more space for branding, instructions, a QR code, and your scratch-off reveal.

Choose Your Paper Finish

• Matte: 100 lb heavyweight cardstock with a smooth, non-glossy finish.
• Glossy: double-sided glossy paper for a polished, shiny appearance on both sides.
• Holographic: double-sided glossy paper with an iridescent holographic overlay on the front only. The back remains glossy without a holographic overlay.

Double-sided printing is included with all three finishes, and no additional clear lamination is added.

Every Card Includes a Scratch-Off Surprise

Each card includes one 1-inch round silver scratch-off sticker, placed over the concealed discount, reward, or short message. The hidden text or code must fit entirely beneath the sticker. Scratch-off stickers are included in the listed card price—there is no separate sticker charge.

Quantity Options & Finishing

Choose 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500 cards. Ordering larger quantities reduces the price per card.

Standard square-cut corners are included. Rounded corners may be selected as a paid finishing upgrade if offered in the product options. For Standard rectangular cards, choose Portrait (vertical) or Landscape (horizontal) orientation at no additional charge; Square cards do not need an orientation selection.

Make It Yours

Include your business name, logo, brand colors, social media, website, QR code, thank-you wording, promotional instructions, and the reward you would like hidden beneath the scratch-off sticker. Popular examples include a percentage discount, dollar-off offer, or short promotional code. Please provide any expiration dates, conditions, or redemption instructions you want printed.

What to send: Your print-ready artwork, logo, final wording, reward details, and any design references. Please check all spelling, offer terms, and contact details carefully when approving your proof.

Custom orders: Review your proof and reward information carefully before approving production. Personalized items are generally final sale once production begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise or an item arrives defective or incorrect.

Custom Design Proofs & Digital PDF Files

If Mangel Design creates artwork for your order, we'll send a watermarked design proof for review and approval before printing. The watermark is for proofing only and will not appear on the printed products.

Design creation: New artwork or extensive design work may require a separate design-service charge unless expressly included in the selected product. We will clarify any design charge before proceeding.

Finished digital file not included: Purchasing printed products does not include an unwatermarked PDF of the custom design. To receive a finished PDF file for your records or future use, add the Digital PDF Add On ($55) to your cart and check out with your print order. This PDF file charge is separate from any applicable custom artwork-creation fee.

If you purchase the add-on, your approved final design will be supplied as a PDF. Editable source files are not included unless separately agreed.
